So Much So Little

So much to blog about, so little time.

We are back from our long weekend away. Glad to be home. Grateful for the chance to get away and my parents paying for everything, but frustrated with the way family members acted and how my kids behaved. That my friends, my kids, is what I'll blog about. I seriously would covet any suggestions, support, etc you may have.

Those that have kids, do you ever feel like it's YOUR kids/child that is driving everyone nuts? Or those that don't have kids, ever have a child, or more, you really just can not stand? That's what's going on with me. I feel that Miss A drove everyone batty this weekend. She has this terribly annoying grunt she does when things don't go her way. Or she says 'I don't NEED TO', or NO or you pick her up to avoid a full blown fit and she screams. And while she screams you RUSH to your hotel room as to not wake the baby and all the way there family members are saying 'A QUITE' or 'SHHH baby O is sleeping' Or how about 'A share your baby with O' (o is my nephew).

You want to just shout out that you know this is frustrating but we are doing the best we can, where we're at. I don't know how many times I wanted to just crawl up in the fetal position and wish it all to go away. The nasty looks, rolling eyes, hushed sounds, or worse yet the talking that probably took place when you left the room. I often wondered who was the victim, Miss A or her parents.

The child hates being told what to do, or no. I just don't know what to do anymore. In fact I'm waiting for an email from a friend to see if she has any recommendations of who we could go to. Child/Family Therapy, Psychologist, etc just SOMEONE that can work with us. I feel that our relationship as mother/daughter is severely suffering. Especially when DH is around. She REALLY hits my buttons then b/c DH will give in to her requests/demands and wham there I am the bad guy.

Take note, I'm totally willing to hear what you recommend. In fact many times this weekend I said 'what do you want me to do?' 'How would you handle it?' mainly to my mother. But seriously you think you know something I don't, tell me. And while we're on the subject let me give you some tips too!!

So yeah, the weekend was frustrating for me. I felt hurt by my family members, and totally like a thorn in everyone's arse. I wanted to just pack up and come home and I'm quite certain others would have had more fun without us there. And also, how in the world do you keep a 3 and 4 year old quite while baby O is sleeping. I gave them my fan to run to drowned out noise (DH says we're getting them a traveling fan for Christmas). We stayed away as much as we could. Tried to keep play to a quite, and aside from any fits Miss A could have, they were VERY quite.

There you have it. Our weekend highlights if you could call it that.

Boji Bound

Getting ready for a weekend away with my entire family. THIS could be interesting. Mom and Dad are taking all of us kids (3) and families there for the weekend. This is where will be staying:
http://www.bridgesbayresort.com/
Looks really nice!! Very grateful that they are generous and kind enough to put all of us up here for the weekend. To off set the cost we are all taking an evening meal, or supper as we call it:) My night is Sat. and I'm making walking tacos. Heard of it?? Want to hear about it?? Basically hamburger seasoned to taste like Mexican and then put on top of corn chips. Add any toppings as you would a taco. There you have it, walk and eat it if you'd like!
In addition to supper i have been a baking fool. I have one cake and 2 pans of bars. I have lots of canned peaches, pears, applesauce, salsa, apple butter, yeah i think that covers it all. I totally feel like my friend Laura. She is totally a cooking QUEEN when it comes to vacations, get aways, etc. She has it all covered. Well that's how I feel. I would do her proud!
Ohhh I just looked at the hotel and see they offer massages....hmmmm i SURE could use one!! Wonder I can convince my sister and SIL to do it too??
We will be busy on the water slides. Renting a boat, and hitting Arnolds Park. Eating lots of food and hopefully enjoying catching up with one another. (i have a brother, SIL, and nephew that live in DC) I hope it's fun and that we all can bite our tongues should the urge come to say something that would be better left unsaid.
Not sure when the next update will come but stay tuned:)

SAHM Post

I've found myself over the course of the last week, reflecting about me staying home. BFFE had suggested I blog about how our life has changed since I've been home. My kids have allowed that to happen this week. I would find myself looking at them while playing and think how blessed I am that I'm not rushing them out the door to daycare. How they just wonder around from one thing to the next without a care in the world. That is till one of them doesn't get there way then my dream is interrupted.

You might wonder what a typical day may be? Well let me see if I can give you an idea. We all must be dressed before coming downstairs. Some days that's easier said then done. Then it's a real casual breakfast where Miss A eats up right away and Mr C'man dilly daddles around. I don't know WHATS going to happen at school. He'll never get out to recess the way he eats.

Then it's outside where the kids just ride there hot wheels, check the chickens, play with chalk, terrorize the kittens, and just do there own thing. I stay in and start laundry, load or unload dishwasher, etc
Princess Miss A! She has on her Cindrella dress and coat. The coat is backwards and upside down. It was a chilly AM.

By 1130 it's time to eat! Yes we eat lunch early! That's mostly b/c by 730 AM, or earlier, we've already had breakfast and are outside playing. Off to nap time for Miss A by noon. C'man usually plays in his sandbox or quietly with trains, cars, etc. Miss A is usually up b/c 2-3.

Off to the pool is what we've BEEN doing but here of lately since Fall has decided to start in August we've had to hang out at home. More play time, maybe a DVD, snack time, etc.

Supper is @ 6pm and then bath some nights and off to bed b/w 7-8pm.

It's very casual. That is a huge step for me. I typically like structure/schedules but my kids are teaching me to take things as they come. We need to run up to the city for things, we can be in the car and on our way within 30 min! We want to meet up with friends, we go.

In my previous life (working) life was hectic. It was out the door by 645AM, home @ 6pm. Eat, bath, bed all by 730 at the latest.

In addition to an easy come easy go way of life, I now have more time to feed the kids homemade meals, canning, gardening, etc through out the week rather then trying to cram it into weekends.

Of course i realize this life isn't for everyone and I fully respect that. Just like college isn't for everyone, or gardening, or meat, you get the idea. But it's what my life is right now and this week I found myself enjoying what I have.

And here are some snapshots of what a day can look like around here:

Yes my house can often look like it threw up toys. But it all gets picked up b/c the toy fairy likes to come at night and find toys to take back to her little fairies. (hey it works!!)

slumber party mom?? Why do they always play in the kitchen while i'm making supper! At least we're seperated by an island so we don't trip over one another.
Playing with a friend!

I found this guy eating the volunteer corn in our bean field. We enjoyed watching him till he ran away from the kids fighting over the window. Can't say I blame him:)

School Is In Session

It happened. Our little boy has started school. He's going 2 days/week ALL day and then every other Friday. I hope readers that home school don't flame me. Trust me I don't flame home schoolers. I think there is a time and a place for it. At this point, I don't feel the time is here. I'm confident in our schools here and feel that as a parent I can stay actively involved. I will read books that come home, encourage conversation about what they are learning, and communicate frequently with the teacher. As he gets older I'm sure I'll run in to issues with the public school system, HOWEVER i have to be reminded that laws are put in to place for the kids who's parents don't care, or know better.

I'm sure many of you are probably rolling your eyes thinking how naive I am. But please keep in mind that home schooling is not for everyone just as public schools aren't. If i lived in much more liberal state/area I'm sure I'd feel differently.

Right now I'm more concerned about my child not drinking milk!! You all realize what milk can do to a child! Makes them hyper, the hormones in it, blah blah. BUT while I asked for him to NOT have milk I also know that may not happen. Therefore I will compensate by NOT giving him milk here at home.

The next concern would be if my child is ever required to take the flu vaccine. I feel awful enough for vaccinating what I have, the flu shot WILL NOT HAPPEN. I will fight tooth and nail. But there again, rules, policies, etc are put in to place b/c they have to. But that is one I won't give in. Do you know the flu shot has formaldehyde in it? That's what they put in DEAD people. Or that the H1N1 vaccination is one that we have NO idea what the long term effects could be. 100's of people die every month from complications from the flu. A vaccination will not make a difference.

Again, these are all my opinions.

OK OK without further ado, here are pictures:

Attemtping to do something with his hair while he ate. Of course he could have slept in till 830 today so we were feeling a little rushed. I hope this child learns to eat faster at school. He takes FOREVER!

Daddy having a talk about manners, listening to the teacher and being nice to other kids. C'man listened so intently, seriously.

He said to DH, 'one more kiss' (i didn't get THAT)

When we got to school here he is taking it all in....

Putting his back pack away.

Finding his name, of which i must say he can do:)

Oh for goodness SAKE! Why can't blogger make it easier to arrange pictures. I give up!!! You can put the picture puzzle together:) BUT doesn't anyone know how to make it easier??? GRRRRR

OK enjoy i'm frustrated and need to step away from the computer!

We Have Eggs

I'm not sure I posted here, maybe on facebook, but we are getting eggs FINALLY. But only 1/day. I have TEN chickens so i fully expect TEN eggs. Come on you birds! Imagine our excitement when we found our first egg. Here you go! (BTW they are strong eggs. i bet I dropped one egg at least 3 times. Not sure how or why, but i did)

They start off this small but will start getting bigger. Exciting time!

Sunny Sunday

How about a peak into my morning:) I was a 'heathen' as DH called me b/c I skipped church. I rarely do but something about today I just didn't feel like going. So this is what i took in this AM.

What's the view by you???

Brrr

I find myself thinking is this really August?? Why?? b/c it's been flippin COLD here. It's more like late September weather. To be quite honest IT SUCKS!! I love my heat and humidity and i'm wearing long jeans and sweatshirt in the evenings. Oh wait, in the AM's b/c that would be assuming I go some where at night.

If I had a pair of Uggs I'm quite certain I'd be wearing them right now! I know I've blogged in the past about wanting a pair and thinking this may be the winter to get a pair. UNTIL i stumbled across winning a FREE pair!! Wow 2 strikes. 1-Uggs 2-Free and the 3 could be me winning them. Wouldn't THAT be grand.

Email

There are many things I don't blog about. Not b/c i don't want too, or feel I shouldn't, I just run out of time or something more precedent comes a long. One of those is that I have been in prayer about contacting C'mans BM (birth mom) MOM. Catch that all, i'll give you a moment to re-read that.
OK got it now? I email her b/c I do no have BM's email. This time of year always has me thinking back '3 years ago, or 5 years ago' that we were told we had been chosen. Then a few weeks later our first meeting with BM. Thru the years that has not changed. I talked to DH about what he thought about me emailing her mom about possibly wanting to see/meet C'man. He was always more then eager. I was the hesitant one. Not sure what can of worms I'd be opening. What would/could happen.
After much prayer about it I felt the Lord was laying in on my heart to go ahead and do it. It kept creeping back in to my heart and brain so I felt it was the Lord telling me to do it.
And do it is what I did. After weeks, months, heck even years, I emailed her specifically about seeing C'man. I requested that if BM is interested to have her please email me. That was last night I sent the email. And guess what!? this afternoon I got an email back. AND it was from BM herself!!

She briefed me on what her life has been like in the last 5 years. Lots of traveling, variety of jobs, and some hippie life styles:) Now her latest venture opening a restaurant in which she'd like us to come eat at:) She did say that while we are never forgotten she wants to pass on meeting. She said she wouldn't be able to do it w/o her mom being involved. She'd rather meet him w/o her mom as would we. She asked what we've been up too and I highlighted some things (school, Disney World, Ocean visits, me being a SAHM, chickens). She'd like to stay in touch, altho I'm sure it will be infrequent.

We have not had ANY contact with her since the day we left the hospital. IT was hard for ME to go from contact to NOTHING so I can't imagine what it was like for her.

I ended my email by telling her that I'm thinking of getting a tattoo. She will be thrilled to know that:) So yeah, we shall see where this goes. I do not plan on making it a regular occurrence of emailing. But glad to know I do have her email should something arise. And if she decides now is the time to see C'man, she can contact me.

Father In Law

Probably about time I give an update on FIL. Yesterday (Monday) he was checked in to an Assisted Living place. DH had to take him. It was NOT easy. Besides the fact that a 1 hour ordeal turned into ALL day. Paperwork sent to the judge was left on the Secretary's desk and after they finally found it, things were rushed along. To bad it took 5+ hours to get that far. DH checked him in, they had his things moved in to his room already, and hung out there a little while. FIL kept saying 'I don't belong here'.

I simply can not IMAGINE having to do this. It was hard for DH and FIL. Physically FIL DOESN'T belong there, but mentally he does! DH said most of them were far worse off then his Dad. He really felt bad. It could not have been easy to see your father in that situation. In fact as I type this i'm fighting back tears at the thought of it all. What doesn't make it any easier is that DH had to do it alone. Per the doctor MIL and BIL were told to not see FIL for 2 weeks. Then my niece that is Papa's 'girl', has to be told that she too can not be with G'pa ALONE. They are worried about FIL manipulating her to let him drive, take him to the gambling boat, to the farm, etc all of which are big no no's given his state of mind.

The other brothers are not fit emotionally to handle any of it either. So that leaves DH. The other sad part is that there really is no emotional support for DH b/c everyone is wrapped up in FIL. I'm not sure what kind of support he could use!? but something. I thought maybe brothers could call him to talk to HIM not about FIL. Or ask him if there is anything they could do for HIM here at home. Maybe chores, offer to bring him a snack while he sat waiting and waiting, etc. But again, not sure what support would be best and if he'd even want to talk, eat, etc.

It's emotionally taking a toll on him. Last night he was reading a book to Miss A (who BTW has SUCH and attitude towards me with DH is home) and I walked in the room to tell him just one book as it was way late. I saw him wipe his eyes with his shirt. I'm not sure if he was crying or not. He had to get up and blow his nose as well. I couldn't tell if he was indeed crying, but man I felt so bad. That's why i think he should have a person to talk too. He told me how hard it was and I didn't ask him later if he was crying. He would have denied it if he was b/c he doesn't want to appear emotionally vulnerable.

Today DH is back up in Sioux City picking up FIL to take him back this way, to his Atty. FIL has NO Power of Attorney. The goal is to get that signed so DH can be POA. But again, he left here @ 8AM and will be stopping by AFTER the atty appt then back up to SC. I offered to pick FIL up and bring him here so DH wouldn't have to do so much driving. (that's when DH said no women are allowed to 'check him out' b/c they worry about the manipulation). He'll be gone most of the day AGAIN.

This is our current status with FIL in a nutshell. It will be interesting to see what transpires today. What he'll be like when he stops here, will he pout, fight having to go back? If so that will be SO FREAKIN hard on everyone! Me, DH, kids, etc. I'd best get going as I said I'd bake some bars for G'pa when he stops by. He'll love that!

I appreciate you reading his and would love to read any input you may have, or past experience.

I Could Vomit

The sight of corn I swear is going to make me vomit. I am so sick of corn that I thought I was covered in it during a dream. I did enough ears of corn to get me thru the entire year, if not next year. Below are pictures:
Before:

After:

During. Miss A and Mr C were playing restaurant. A was 'the customer' altho she repeatedly said 'i'm the princess' Oh does she ever have THAT right!

Cute I thought!!
What doesn't help during the process is Boji. He LOVES corn. I would think he'd be as sick of it as I am.
Please may I have a piece???

You think she'll notice??

GET A WAY!! MINE MINE ALL MINE!!!!
Ahhhh piece and quite!!
Really the next picture should be the first picture of him b/c he's right back for more. Silly dog!!
Here's a video of what the kids do while momma works! They only last so long 'helping'.
Add Image This was taken @ 1030PM! I had been doing corn for 3 1/2 hours STRAIGHT by now. That didn't include the 2 hours I did earlier in the afternoon. DH kept asking me questions about do you want more corn? Is there a box to put it in? I was just crosser then a hornet. I was like I'm armed with a knife, corn stuck to the bottom of my feet, blew up the electric knife cutting the corn, my back feet and other areas of my body are aching, and the heck with you! STOP ASKING questions that you can answer yourself.
I just started tossing bags of corn. After we took this I said boy this doesn't look like much. To which DH says AGAIN: You want more?? I about came after him with my knife LOL JK!!
NEXT YEAR, assuming I come out of the corn induced haze, I am NOT doing it alone! This job is meant for at least 2 people. I don't care if I have to HIRE someone to help, I'm not doing it alone.
That being said, after looking at corn for a week straight some of the corn starts looking....well....pretty interesting and your mind starts playing. So what do you think this looks like:
My next project is these pears as soon as they turn ripe. I will can them. They are THE BEST!!

Canning

Phew....we've been busy over here at our farm house. Besides the constant drama/issues with FIL I've been working on canning and freezing. Here are pics:

BTW as I sit here typing, YES in THE AM!! the kids are playing so nicely beside me. Some of what I'm hearing:

C'man asking Miss A if she's going to play at school with him

C'man telling Miss A 'sorry I just can't play with you right now' (ouch! That must come from hearing me??)

C'man is working on building a test track. That is a result of our trip to DSW. He/WE LOVED that ride.
Miss A must have drawn a picture and she's telling C'man: this is my brother, my daddy, my mommy, etc but now Mr C'man is saying no THIS is Daddy. (I'll have to see this picture)

Miss A is signing: This is my commandment that you love one another.....

C'man just yelled: The bus is here!! (he must be getting excited for school, but he's going to be disappointed b/c he's not old enough to ride the bus)

Obviously C'man is doing all the talking around here, unless Miss A disagrees then she loudly speaks up.

OK they are on to the kitchen now doing god knows what. Back to my original post:

Already to be blanched.

Was able to get 2 pots going. Goes much faster but only if you're doing this with two people.

Soaking in cold water. Next step is cutting if off. I'll have to post pictures of that after my session today:)

End result was 88 ears got me 20 bags. Needless to say, that's NOT enough to get us thru the winter. There is probably over 100 ears sitting outside right now. Will get better pictures today.
I guess I don't have any pictures of the next stages of the process of freezing corn.

Bitty Baby Bug

Yup...I've been bit by this bug and it's awful. Here's a picture of the bug biting me:
Every day I hop on the computer and do searches for 'bitty baby craigslist' or 'bitty baby used' to see if I can find any bargains. Right now I'm talking with a lady about some outfits she has. But my gosh it's getting expensive. Miss A did get one outfit for her B-day and she actually is leaving it ON the baby.
It's so cute b/c she's been taking the baby to the pool, under strict orders she is NOT to put her in the pool or get her wet, and when she's not going from big pool to baby pool she is sitting on all the towels with her baby. Yesterday she looked like a little princess sitting there and it was so cute.
DH says I'm just living out my childhood with this baby:) That may be but if she loves dolls 1/2 as much as I did I'll be thrilled.
Can I ask my readers that if they think about it, could you search YOUR local craigslist and see if there is any bitty baby items? I'd be forever thrilled:) OR if you know anyone, friends, co-workers, etc that may have items to sell, let me know:)
I'm not sure this bug will ever stop b/c if you know anything about American Girl you will see that the dolls get bigger and the clothes get more and more!! YIKES! I'm in for it!! BUT to justify, this is always something people can give her. Great gift ideas for b-day, Christmas, etc AND leverage for us for getting rid of the binky, no fussing, etc.

Post Birthday

Here are pics from Miss A's Birthday party:) And no I did NOT make the cake. I wish I had that kind of talent but if it was up to me to do the cake it'd be just a plain ol cake with canned frosting:)

I put on the candles that keep coming back. It was very funny:)

C'man got a couple presents too.
The much anticipated bike!
When she is really concentrating she sticks our her tongue:)
It was a nice little party. We missed my my MIL and FIL but again thankful that BIL, SIL and niece could be a part of it. Kind of sad in a way to think that here @ 3 years old one set of g'parents is already absent and I really can't help but wonder if they'll ever be present together at another party.

Another Mental Case

Seriously friends, this blog could be really interesting, or unbelievable, if i was able to blog every little drama that goes on. But you may not want me to hehe. We do have a new episode on our farm. It's DH's uncle now, FIL's brother.
It started last week with him calling here. I noticed it on caller id but was never home to answer it. Eventually he left a message saying something about cows in his corn b/c there is no fence across the creek. DH goes out and checks it, fence is there. Flash forward a couple days later when we have the gully of rain come and it washes out the fence and THEN cows get in his corn field.
Then comes Friday where the said uncle shows up HERE at our house. I was driving down the driveway behind him so he didn't know I was there. He notices me, lets me park in the garage, and then he gets out to start beckin at me about leaving messages, calling, fences, etc. I played kinda dumb and said yeah DH checked fence and it was there but got washed out after that big rain. Yes we had cows in there, 3 of them, got them in, etc. He is very cross with me and says WHO'S COWS ARE THEY!? At which point I just tell him he needs to go talk to DH, they aren't my cows, and I have nothing really to do with this. He leaves saying how he's going to tell the insurance agent that there was no fence. Whatever, that's why we carry insurance.
They proceed to drive to the farm where DH is loading out corn. Said uncle yells in the bin at him, DH is really irked now, and the exchange of words begins. DH telling him there was a fence there, crazy uncle says you think I can't see??
Well truth be known, he does have poor vision AND there is no way in HECK he could see if there was a fence or not, from the road. For the first time DH is pissed, and yes that's the word HE uses. Not to mention he calls him an ass. Those that know DH know he does NOT use language like that without it being warranted.

OK this is getting long. Let's skip to now. Yesterday during Miss A's party we get a call from crazy uncle. I find out later that he is yelling at DH going on and on about fences, cows, etc and DH hangs up on him. That must have fueled his fire. This AM we get word from BIL that he called there house ALL night long. And not just at 9pm but 1AM, 2AM, 4AM, etc can you believe that????

If we would have gotten called at that hour it would NOT have been pretty. (BTW that did happen right after we got home with C'man you know sleep is majorly deprived, etc and it's DH's mail carrier that he subs for drunk off his ars needing DH to work for him. Mind you it was 1AM!!! I was out of it when I answered the phone and was called some pretty nasty names when I reminded him its 1AM, GO TO BED!! STOP CALLING HERE till your sober. That warranted me as a bitch from his friends. We did get a written letter of apology at my demand.) back on track....so here we are now.

BIL never answered the phone and gave the deputy a call this AM and a report is being filed. They will then come out to crazy uncle's house and let him know whatever they need to. This is going to get SO interesting. He's the type of person you never know could take you out with a shot gun. His mental issues are on a different level then FIL. FIL is not harmful where as uncle nut could be!!

Now I'll need to keep an eye out for him coming over here. If he shows up I will have to get the kids in the house ASAP and lock the doors. I will not talk to him, not even thru a window.

It really is all so sad. To see this mental war going on b/w two brothers really is sad. This Uncle Nut has been pretty much cut off by the family for earlier issues within the family. As in he tried to get his blind MOTHER to sign some sort of agreement about land. She figured it out and kicked him out.

Stay tuned as I'm sure this is going to get even more interesting. Isn't my life full of such fun!?

Happy Birthday My Little Girl

Ahhh the memories. Three years ago I went to bed hot, tired, and very pregnant (I was HUGE while pregnant. People either thought I was going to go in to labor that moment or that I was having at least twins). I awoke a couple hours later the the beginning of labor. Something I dreamed about for years was finally becoming reality.

After trying a bath, walking around, etc I woke DH and said I think we'd better get to the hospital. To be honest, I don't think I even had a bag packed:) I wasn't technically due for another 2 weeks. Called the sitter, who at 1145pm was on her way home from a night out with the girls, and we were on our way. I'll spare you all the rest of the details but let me just say that male nurses are CLUELESS!! At 1232PM (as in, the next day!! 12 hours later,) our baby girl was born. It was an amazing moment. And really, I didn't even break a sweat. That was fine b/c the 8.5 hours prior to me getting the epidural, I sweat, puked, and well you get the idea, enough to last me a last time. (well till Memorial Day when I was puking sick again) Back on track....

So yes, our baby girl is going to be THREE tomorrow. Here are some pics:

More pictures to come after the party. Nothing real big. MIL is still gone, FIL is still in hospital with no plans of being released. My BIL and SIL are coming and my parents. That will be just fine. I'm so glad my B and SIL can come. They mean a lot to us and we are thankful they are an active part of our lives! Two of Miss A's cousins may come too. Oh and be for-warned Miss A got bit by a mosquito on the cheek bone, it caused her eye to swell. While it's looking better, as in you can almost see her lower eyelashes, it now is all bruised looking. Poor thing. Her 3 year old pictures will have that:) Such is life.
Stay tuned for more pics! I'm off to bed. I did 20 bags of corn (froze it) which was 88 ears of corn that were picked, husked, blanched, cut the corn off the cob and bagged! I have pictures:)

Cows and Tall Corn = Not Good

Upon arrival from an afternoon at the pool, we were summoned for back up. No not for any police hold up, but for cow back up. We had cows out (in the neighbors shhh) in the corn field. This is a HUGE deal for a number of reasons:
-damage they do trampling the corn
-if they eat to much, which the WILL do, they will get bloated and die
-they are SO hard to see b/c the corn is so tall.
I quickly turned the boiling pot of water for fresh corn on the cob, to simmer and told the kids hurry up we got cows out.

And here is where the fun begins. C'man looking for cows in the field:

This job can be very hard without cooperation from everyone, including the dogs. Here Boji is on watch. KDee is inside the pickup and is a great cow chaser.

We almost have them in at this point.

And now for real coverage:) Warning no animals or people were injured during the taping of this. BTW foul language could be used, however I think I shut the camera off just in time:) At one point with the cows standing in the corner of the field, they turned around to head back in. I dropped the 'S' word and was promptly echoed by Mr C'man. Opps...
