As it always seems, i have a lot of idea's of what to post on, but getting them on the computer is another game. So hard to do with 2 little ones running around and when they are napping I'm not in the right frame of mind.
I'm a little disappointed right now b/c last night I went to a 'City Lights....Women's Night' in a local town. It was a benefit night for CAASA, which at the moment I can't remember what it stands for, but it it's a non profit organization that helps women in domestic abuse situations. There was shopping, of which I sold my purses at, meal and then a guest speaker. The guest speaker was Pat McGill- McGill Speaking and Training Resources, Pat McGill works with organizations that want to create a more productive workplace where every employee is valued. Her website I see is still under construction. She was AMAZING!! I loved loved loved it! AND if I could find my notes I'd like to share some of it with you. While I continue to look for it let me say that IF I find it, I'm going to ask for some interaction from my readers.
As I look at my 'stats' of how many hits I get, where people are coming from, I feel so blessed to have a WIDE variety of people stopping by. That includes Canadians, probably my friends I met by the pool at DSW and others, South Africa, Ireland, France, Australia and even United Kingdom. How cool is all of that!? Not to leave out my US followers in Orlando, Des Moines, Lawton (those are my top 'hits') and then other states: Nebraska, California, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, oh you know what, I'll try and post the map so you all can see.
What I'm getting at is, I obviously have followers:) But where are the comments? Oh come on don't be shy, I share my life story and you all may know more about me then some of my family.
When I find my notes, I'm going to put you to the test and see if we can determine if the personality test she did on us last night, 'fits' you. Of course I don't know most of you personally, I just want you to see how accurate it is. Mine was pretty darn close. I love this kind of stuff. In the mean time, maybe you can help me find this 'test'. It wasn't the Myers Briggs, or anything like that. It was 5 shapes, Square, Rectangle, Triangle, Circle and this squiggly thing. You pick one and then she proceeded to tell us what it meant. Of course she told this in such a humorous way, I was laying on the floor in stitches:) Very good stuff!! If you're looking for a speaker, I would 110% recommend her. I'd fly her across the country, even world, to have her speak at your event.

In the mean time, rev up those keyboards and drop me a note. Those that have been to DSW, tell me about your trip. What was your favorite ride? Would you go back? Those that haven't been there, where have you been recently that was a lot of fun. (even if it was hanging out with friends, shopping, going out to eat, etc share it!!) If you yourself have a blog, post it here! (may I ask you too, to put my blog in your 'blog roll' if you have one.
